“You will not find a more beautiful property with everything a family or group could want. The property is an oasis conventiently located in Rockford and easy to access from Chicago. The house is exactly as described only better. Expansive and well equipped kitchen. Plentiful and comfortable bedrooms and conveniently located on two floors. First flior bedrooms ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs. Multiple sitting and living areas. Lovely outdoor spaces with plenty of land to enjoy....

“Cerro Vista is the perfect place to host a multi-generational family gathering! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and had our 3 adult children and their families (total of 13) stay with us here for a week. Our objective was to spend time together without having to go anywhere to entertain the 5 grandchildren (ages 6mo - 8). “Beautiful setting. Enjoyed fireflies sunset! Nice secluded location for privacy but also host was nearby if we needed anything. Close to wonderful restaurants and attractions. Hosts are very friendly and left eggs bread OJ and butter in fridge. ”

Many thoughtful touches enhanced our stay - luggage racks, hooks, plentiful linens, pod espresso maker, full length mirrors and comfortable furniture in the living room. We had some big storms come in on our first two nights and she communicated wonderfully to check in on us.There was fresh fruit available and it made it easier to come in and rest before we went out for groceries. “We LOVED staying at this property while we were in town to see grandkids play soccer. Quiet neighborhood - felt safe and enjoyed hearing the birds in woods nearby. House is decorated with modern and costal themes - so cute. Couch is so comfy and great for stretching out on. The bed had nice linens, extra pillows. “We had a wonderful weekend with our kids and my sister’s family and my dad. The kids loved the pool which was clean and well stocked with pool floaties. The teens and even the adults loved the arcade room and that kept them busy for hours. The kitchen was well-stocked with all that we needed to make meals for our group for the weekend. “We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend to celebrate my niece’s 29th birthday, and the house was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood felt very safe, which we appreciated since we had children with us. The home featured several high-end, smart appliances, which made things convenient.However, there were some issues. Towels weren’t placed in the bathrooms or bedrooms—we had to search the basement laundry room to find them. There also seemed to be no pest control done at all, as we encountered...
