“Very nice helpful staff. Property is dated and on a busy road”

“Historic and vintage. Staff was very friendly, and helped over the phone. My low rating is mostly for the upkeep and accessibility of the room/amenities. A "soaking tub" was listed as a feature, but the tubs are not operational for being the jacuzzi tubs as advertised and are in disrepair. The cabinet door was broken and extremely difficult to open and close. The AC unit was blocked by curtains, so we had to maneuver them so we could still use the ac. “Clean, comfortable, and everything in good order. Lobby doesn’t open until 7am (I was told 6am) but I appreciated the good coffee & half&half. Nice touch - no powdered creamer! There were some really minor issues in the room but overall they’re negligible. Thanks.”

“The towels were terribly thin, only bars of soap, no hair dryer, a coffee machine but no coffee, and no rollaway bed. The staff new little English.”

“Staff were great. The elevator broke down and pool in the front parking lot lacked privacy. Breakfast was delicious!”

“The room did have a Musty smell, not saying it wasn't clean but the odor was like the room had been not aired out in a while. or they need to shampoo the carpet. Bathroom was clean and kitchen area was clean. but for 150.00 a night I did expect a little better, than musty smelling room but over all I give it a 3.5 stars out of 5.”

“Su un incrocio troppo trafficato. Non si dorme bene e si sentono i rumori di macchine e polizia tutta la notte. La stanza era sporca. Fate più attenzione alla pulizia. Unica nota positiva Il receptionist era gentile ”

“Do not, i repeat, do not make the mistake i made. I chose that hotel because it was cheap and had better ratings then the rest. Those good ratings must have been done by staff members or friends because i have never been to a hotel and felt disgusted enough to leave the minute i started to unpack. I looked at the sheets, they were dirty, the pillows looked like it had drool and blood on them. There were hair in the sheets, and the comferters looks so worn down. I did not feel like having my kids...

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”
