“I forgot a bag of perfumes in room ,called them back the front desk and said they would hold on I would pick-up the bag the next day , I went to Holiday Inn express to the front desk bring a winco bag and looked inside bag and perfume was missing i asked where the other bottle of perfumes they said was one bottle of perfume inside the bag I told them there was two bottles of perfumes inside the Winco bag someone stole the bottle of perfume ”

“Room was fine. Small, but ok. Elevator seems old. Other than, check in & check out times I used the stairs. The hotel is across a strip mall, which has many restaurants. The swimming pool & hot tub had foliage in it. Perhaps you can ask the front desk to clear it up.”

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“Staff was great! Food was limited in choice, but quality was mostly good. Not much available to purchase from the little store...out of drinks and items. Place was clean and safe and comfortable. Good location for me. I would come back. ”

“Adequate is an exaggeration. They charged over $100 for "holding the room" on the day after i checked in. In other words they stole it. No "maid" service unless i specificall ask for it in advance. I got no prior notice that this is a construction site. Big mistake.”

“Clean and comfortable. Just what I needed. A efficient and friendly staff. New rooms. Nice beds. The location is close to a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute walk but I wouldn’t call the neighborhood walkable. I would stay again if I need to come to Concord. ”
