“The food was not the best in the Tappas. Bar , had bad rotten lettuce in my $18 salad and told the waitress who did nothing and went back to chatting with her coworkers, service was bad and the place was not busy . Staff standing around chatting , never checked in on us ”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio .
Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

The hotel is super clean and the staff were very pleasant whenever we interacted with them. The manager reached out also ensuring we were having a great stay. Me and my kids were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and were mesmerized by the beach view. We would definitely come back on our next trip.”

“Had an amazing family vacation at this hotel. Unless you are planning on staying at the hotel, I would definitely recommend renting a car to get around. The hotel enterance itself is long, therefore walking can take a while. The drive from San Juan airport is about 35min, El Yunque is about 17min drive, Old San Juan was about 45 min drive. There are several restaurants in the area thats about 15min drive.

“The rooms are super clean and the bed are super comfortable the dining are and the pool are very cool keep in mind that the pool is not a large size pool. Our stay was great and it was within walking distance of a lot of activities. The only downside is the parking lots only holds 5 cars. But that was kind of expected because it’s in a very busy area. The night life is great around the area we loved our stay”

El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo.
El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo.
En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”
“I love the wave and I am a regular client since 2014 but this time I regret to say the conditions of my room compared to the price asked were not fair at all. the room had a crazy humidity which forced to keep A/C on 24/24... it was not even possible to stand on your feet because of the slippery floor... furniture starts to get creepy because the few years ago renovation was cheap (like the table that was just painted...)
