“This is a very clean and hospitable property. It is no-frills. Not even a cell phone charging outlet. Room had tile floors and not carpeting and strangely laid out.”

“Property was clean and well maintained. I booked a room for 5 people. I called the front desk for an extra bed and was told it would be a fire hazard. I then said this room was supposed to sleep 5 people and was told my daughter would have to sleep on the couch that didn’t fold out to a bed!”

“The hotel alarm system went off six times throughout the night my wife and I stayed at this Embassy Suites and we got very little sleep. I asked the front desk about a refund and was told management would contact me which they never did so even though I travel to this area alot, I will never stay at Embassy Suites again.”

“I am an amputee and had requested a handicapped accessible bathroom. Upon my arrival, I was told there were no handicapped accessible bathrooms available. In the early evening, the staff had changed and I went up and asked the front desk person if there were any handicapped rooms. He assured me there were, checked his computer and lo and behold they had handicapped rooms. Absolutely pathetic SERVICE”

“We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent. “This hotel was very clean, room comfortable and nice. Bed and pillows comfortable and nice to have kitchenette. Check in was easy, as was check out. Breakfast was really good with nice selection of hot and cold items, great coffee! All the other reviews I had read were correct on all those topics. The only part was that either I didn't read the online description correctly, or missed it but the pool is not on this property. It is at the sister property next door, which is very close, right...

“Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Manageable size property with a very welcoming lobby space. I wish there were coffee/tea makers in the rooms, as the coffee shop on the ground floor closes mid-afternoon. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bentonville.”
