“Clean room and staff is excellent.”

“I am an amputee and had requested a handicapped accessible bathroom. Upon my arrival, I was told there were no handicapped accessible bathrooms available. In the early evening, the staff had changed and I went up and asked the front desk person if there were any handicapped rooms. He assured me there were, checked his computer and lo and behold they had handicapped rooms. Absolutely pathetic SERVICE”

“We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent. “This is a very clean and hospitable property. It is no-frills. Not even a cell phone charging outlet. Room had tile floors and not carpeting and strangely laid out.”

“A vacation within a vacation. We came to see & experience Crystal Bridges & we stumbled into 21c & downtown Bentonville. All of it, the entire city, makes the most of giving back in a very safe & beautiful place.”

“Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Manageable size property with a very welcoming lobby space. I wish there were coffee/tea makers in the rooms, as the coffee shop on the ground floor closes mid-afternoon. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bentonville.”

“This hotel is not what I was expecting.”

“Property was clean and well maintained. I booked a room for 5 people. I called the front desk for an extra bed and was told it would be a fire hazard. I then said this room was supposed to sleep 5 people and was told my daughter would have to sleep on the couch that didn’t fold out to a bed!”

“Clean room. Very friendly and social front desk staff. Large, lovely, very clean lobby with hangout area and “kitchen” area. Welcome “happy hour” and fruit infused water always available in the lobby. Pool is a bit small especially when a lot of kids are there, it gets a little crazy.”
