Hotel vicino a Bethany Beach Beaches -

“Our experience as a whole was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and location is excellent. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Very delicious crab cake! That being said, the hotel is starting to show wear. Our bathroom door was warped from water damage. The sink was clogged. The bathroom mirror lighting needed replaced. I did call the front desk and maintenance came right away. The sink was fixed. They could not fix the lighting as they did not have the parts. The main part of our suite had...

“Great stay, the only minor thing was the shower head, which probably needs to be replaced. Other than that, everything was very good and in a good location.”

“When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. After several minutes, a man finally came and I found him a tad rude and unapologetic. Other staff like the maid service and lady at the desk were nicer and more helpful. They did have to refill the pool towels, like usual when we've stayed before. The toilet seat and shower head in the bathroom needs upgrading, but the room was fine besides those things. I do hope that there are cameras in the pool, hot tub, and splash pad area for insurance...

“The property was not right on the beach, but it was a short walk. The hotel offered a nice hot breakfast, and provided parking. Tanisha and her staff are amazing. The room were great for a family stay. If you are looking for a great value, and convinces that you have in a home to support your family vacay this hotel is perfect.”

“Rm clean, excellent staff, breakfast ok only . I wished they add bacon and egg has no taste.”

“My experience was great. Staff was very nice. Best seaside hotel ive been to yet. It was raining so I didn't get a chance to use the pool. It was a nice sized and had a chair for people with mobility issues. The gym was basic but clean and had enough for a work out. Parking appears tight but actually enough spaces and was easy to get in and out. Room was large and had an ok view. Little terrace was nice. The outside table was basically a bowl that just filled with water in the rain. Great...

“Great staff!”

“Great here!”

“The Grand is not so Grand anymore… I was highly disappointed in 2night stay for Sunfest -wine on the beach. Booking thru a 3rd party Expedia, I got the least desirable room available. I have stayed many times here- usually 8th fl. Or higher I was Given 2nd floor/deck and would not accommodate a higher floor even over deck. I was subjected to noise- from elevator; vending machine and room adjacent to mine and- parent shirtless dripping from pool with yelling kids.. Customer service is sorely...
