“The owners family who also work there sit in the lobby like it’s their home, makes it very uncomfortable. The breakfast spread is bare minimum and not stocked. The hot tub is actually a small kiddy pool that was locked with a key and we had to ask for it to be opened at 5pm. There are drug addicts who live in their car in the parking lot and wonder the hall. The rooms are extremely tiny with plastic wood imitation floors that are coming up.
