“The hallway seemed to have a stuffy or pet smell. Breakfast was good, only they didn't have cereal with no sugar, enjoyed the yogurt. Staff was really nice and helpful. 😊”

“This Sonesta was surprisingly clean. The staff was very pleasant during my stay both night and day shift. There was a young Black man who worked overnight (Dale) who provided excellent customer service. The only issue I had was the pool not being clean and not being advised that we had to pay for breakfast. Other than that our room was nice and clean. The hotel was also in a nicer area as well. ”

“My room smelled like dogs, and hair was on the furniture and the legs of the old outdated chairs were chewed up. The pool was dirty and the bar be cue grill, the breakfast was terrible. I wouldn't let a dog stay here, not worth the money.”

“When I arrive, the staff was very helpful. I was having issue with one of the room door. The lady politely just changed the room. It was a great stay no complaints about anything and I will stay again.”

“Breakfast was great. Rooms are nice and clean! The only complaint about the area, NOT THE PROPERTY, is the concrete barrier in the middle of the road that at times causes you to have to go past your destination and do a U-turn.”

“We stayed here for one night while traveling with the family. The location is convenient and easy to access from the road. The rooms were clean enough and quiet, which was our main priority for getting some rest. Check-in was fast, and the staff was professional. As for the breakfast, it was a standard hotel spread—nothing fancy, just the basics, but enough to get us started in the morning. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay if you're passing through the area.”
