“We were in Columbia for a college campus visit. The room was clean, contemporary, and hotel is right off the man street where everything happens. It was quiet and easily walkable to restaurants, shopping, and campuses all around Mizzou, Stephens and Columbia. Great location with a parking garage. Millie, Lydia and all the staff were friendly, helpful and available immediately via text. ”

“The hotel is kinda old, and for the price we paid for the night, they could totally remodel or upgrade their rooms, especially the bathroom.”

“The building is in the process of being updated. It does have an updated look, which is nice! Everything seems to be done pretty sloppily though. They have tried. Paint dripped all over, wallpaper bubbly. When we turned on our air conditioner- flakes of black stuff blew everywhere. Got all over the bedding. There was someone else’s clothes left in a drawer. Bathroom faucet leaked all over the sink top. Floor extremely sticky. My family had the breakfast and said it was the saddest hotel...

“Our room smelled like a wet dog and stinky feet. When i booked the room, i booked a double queen room but we got a king and a pull out couch room. We did not get pillows for the pull out couch. The pool was so cold my kids did not want to swim.”

“Staff wasn't tne friendliness person, could not find an elevator and as a disabled person climbing stairs with luggage, is not fun. Could not keep thr room very cool temps. Parking could be issue. Probably will noy stay there again. ”

“The place smelled gross, there were no blankets, just a sheet and a decorative fabric over the sheet that felt like curtain material. There was loud fist fights in the hallway at 6am, and to top it off, there was a literal cockroach on the sink. ”

“Friendly desk staff. Dirty hallways. Smelly (weed) spaces and rooms. Bugs on the ceiling. Noisy HVAC units. ”
