“Awful sewer smell in the lobby.”

“Wonderful hotel. Clean. Good breakfast”

“We contacted the hotel in advance because we wanted to change our room from one king bed to a room with two queen beds. We were told over the phone that the change would cost an additional $50. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk informed us that we would have to pay $150 extra instead. She was also not very helpful or accommodating regarding the situation. We also contacted Expedia about these additional charges, but unfortunately we never received any response...

“Newly remodeled, clean, very happy”

“The location is fantastic. I was visiting my daughter at Mizzou and this hotel is a short and easy drive to campus. I am rehabbing a knee surgery and had requested an accessible room - it was surprising to me that the room was almost at the end of the hall. I would have expected something closer to the elevator. While I'm not in a wheelchair, I was supposed to have a "roll-in" shower but instead there was a regular tub/shower and some contraption that must have been a seat for the shower. I...

“The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. The hall way had a very strange unpleasant smell but not sure if it is a short term issue. The furniture in the room looked a little worse for wear but was functional.”

“Staff was helpful and very nice. Breakfast was above average. Good location.”

“Our AC unit did not work in our room. My boyfriend tried to look at it and it had all exposed wiring around it. Definitely a fire hazard. The room also had a strong fish smell.”

“This is a low budget hotel and that was just was I was looking for. The rate was very good and the room met my expectations based on the price. I was very satisfied.”

“Quiet place”

“Nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate! Grounds and rooms were clean and well-kept and staff was friendly. Beds were a bit firm for our preference, but not horribly so. However, there weren’t any blankets on the beds—just the flat sheets and the bedspread. It took a little trial-and-error to get the temp just right for sleeping w/out having a blanket, but we figured it out! “Breakfast” options were very limited, but luckily on this trip, we weren’t planning to eat at the hotel anyway. Worst...

“The property is old, dated, not upgraded, dirty, bugs in my room, smelled like smoke, and residents were loud, noise all night. I needed the kitchenette, which is why I choose it. Full size refrigerator, microwave, small electric cooktop served my needs.”

“Red Roof Inns used to be nice; now in need of major renovations. Missing refrigerator, light bulbs, no TV remote, filthy dirty from floors to mirrors, microwave should be trashed. No amenities, towels stained, bathroom door would not close, WiFi/cable connection poor. Very poor condition all around.”
