“There was not good communication. We got an all inclusive room and was not told about the breakfast or the amenities. The garage was a mess. You have to go outside the garage and then back into the hotel. It’s was raining, plus the key card did not work. Then the breakfast the next day was closed an hour early without communication for an Easter thing. Communication needs to be better. ”

“Enjoyed our stay at the Voco. Perfect location. Rooms were clean and updated nicely. Very unique hotel with taphouse bar and Glenn's Cafe restaurant. We will definitely visit again!”

“The hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast was sufficient and cookies and coffee available allday. Pool was clean and stayed open til midnight, good for late arrivals. The only down side was at check in, it was explained to us that a $250 dollar incidental hold was needed, we had prepaid for 3 nights so extra $250 on top of our prepaid $300 seemed a bit much. At checkout it was explained the amount wasn’t charged to our card, but if they found someone smoked are damage our card would be charged....

“I can’t say enough about the people who work at this hotel. I accidentally booked two rooms for 1 night instead of 1 room for two nights. Expedia didn’t want to help me but after calling the hotel they let me know how to get around this and worked to make sure I got things corrected without having to pay for the extra room as Expedia said I would have to. ”

“The bathroom, the shower made a weird noise when using it the toilet made a weird noise when nobody was in there the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, silverware, and dishes”

“The place smelled gross, there were no blankets, just a sheet and a decorative fabric over the sheet that felt like curtain material. There was loud fist fights in the hallway at 6am, and to top it off, there was a literal cockroach on the sink. ”
