“On arrival everything was great. Staff at the reception were welcoming, got a recommendation for dinner and the room was perfect. The bed was also exceptional. I can't fault it. The exit was not so easy. The sensor to open the rollerdoor just wouldn't work. The driveway was on an incline so here I am going up and down trying to find the sensor in a concrete floor with no luck at all. I called reception and said I was trapped. A young man answered and said 'hold on a minute' then hung up...

“Das Hotel ist zu Fuß von der Bahnstation Strathfield zu erreichen. Es gibt einige Imbisse in der Nähe . Mit der Bahn ist man in etwa 30 Minuten in Sydney. Die Bahn ist an das lokale OPAL Nahverkehrsnetz angebunden. Das Hotel ist ruhig wenn man von im Hintergrund fahrenden Zügen absieht - mich hat es nicht groß gestört hat. Sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr große Zimmer. ”

“This hotel locates in a very nice neighborhood, bus stop and supermarket just steps away. Walk to the ferry terminal enjoying fantastic views on the way. Staff are very friendly. Bars and restaurant on the ground floor. Only not very convenient is sharing bathroom. But we managed well with it.”

“Very disappointing experience. I always use the “parking” filter when booking and expect results to reflect properties with reasonably available parking for guests. If parking is limited, this should be clearly disclosed, excluded from filtered results, or allow pre-booking at the time of reservation with real-time availability. The listing and pre-arrival message stated parking could not be booked in advance and must be arranged at check-in. Upon arrival, the garage entry showed a red light,...

“Bar and downstairs area was nice. Room was aweful as was the bathrooms. Room smelt heavily of cigarettes. All the clothes in my bag were ruined from the smell”

“Keys process terrible. Pick up point is a long way from the apartment, too far to walk. Keys were not there on arrival. Customer service then directed us to the wrong spot for keys. An hour delay to get into the room. Missed a key part of the event we were going to. Not good enough for the Hugh cost of this room. ”

“Although I noticed a bit of dust around the skirting area, overall the place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel location was great. I’m thinking I will visiting again soon.”

“The property is clean and presentable, ideal for a short stay. Staff are personable and friendly.”

“The room is sparkling clean and neat. The breakfast is healthy but simple. There’s a free parking space which is nice. The only problem we had is that we arrived around 9:30pm, the front door was locked and we had to communicate with the staff through intercom. We have to give many of our personal information through loud speaker, and it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that it was a nice stay.”
