“We have stayed at the Olympic Park Pullman around Easter for many years now, this year was the best experience of staying at the Pullman have had. Staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant, our room was very clean and comfortable, food we ordered from room service arrived quickly and was excellent. ”

Staff were excellent, rooms were great, parking was not guaranteed even though we paid extra for parking but they did help us out , big thankyou for that. Even had free iceblocks for the kids. “Staff were amazing, we arrived hours early and they allowed us to check in so we could relax. Nothing is close y but there are busses or you can walk 10 mins to the gas station for snacks. “Not enough parking- place is clean”

“Room was fine. Had all you need but very small. Fire alarm went off at midnight and we all had to evacuate due to a guest smoking. Does this happen often? I know it’s not the hotels fault directly but it was very cold and inconvenient. Breakfast was basic but had to buy own coffee.”

“This hotel locates in a very nice neighborhood, bus stop and supermarket just steps away. Walk to the ferry terminal enjoying fantastic views on the way. Staff are very friendly. Bars and restaurant on the ground floor. Only not very convenient is sharing bathroom. But we managed well with it.”
