“We have stayed at the Olympic Park Pullman around Easter for many years now, this year was the best experience of staying at the Pullman have had. Staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant, our room was very clean and comfortable, food we ordered from room service arrived quickly and was excellent. ”

“Bar and downstairs area was nice. Room was aweful as was the bathrooms. Room smelt heavily of cigarettes. All the clothes in my bag were ruined from the smell”

“5 day stay. AC was efficient and TV was fine. Very close quarters for two. Room serviced every second day! (Cups not cleaned/replaced and nothing provided to clean them with.) No hairdryer in the room but was available. No hanging space or iron in the room. Only mugs and teaspoons provided - no glasses or plates. 4 teabags for 2 people for 2 days - replacement forgotten on one service day! Parking was $40 per night - not disclosed at time of booking. ”

“Keys process terrible. Pick up point is a long way from the apartment, too far to walk. Keys were not there on arrival. Customer service then directed us to the wrong spot for keys. An hour delay to get into the room. Missed a key part of the event we were going to. Not good enough for the Hugh cost of this room. ”

“Das Hotel ist zu Fuß von der Bahnstation Strathfield zu erreichen. Es gibt einige Imbisse in der Nähe . Mit der Bahn ist man in etwa 30 Minuten in Sydney. Die Bahn ist an das lokale OPAL Nahverkehrsnetz angebunden. Das Hotel ist ruhig wenn man von im Hintergrund fahrenden Zügen absieht - mich hat es nicht groß gestört hat. Sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr große Zimmer. ”

“Staff were amazing, we arrived hours early and they allowed us to check in so we could relax. Nothing is close y but there are busses or you can walk 10 mins to the gas station for snacks. Breakfast was simple with toast, yogurt, juice and hot drinks. The hotel was spotless and smelled amazing. They give you a free drink voucher at the bar which we used for wine.
