The exit was not so easy. The sensor to open the rollerdoor just wouldn't work. The driveway was on an incline so here I am going up and down trying to find the sensor in a concrete floor with no luck at all. I called reception and said I was trapped. A young man answered and said 'hold on a minute' then hung up...

If parking is limited, this should be clearly disclosed, excluded from filtered results, or allow pre-booking at the time of reservation with real-time availability. “Bar and downstairs area was nice. Room was aweful as was the bathrooms. Room smelt heavily of cigarettes. All the clothes in my bag were ruined from the smell”

“Keys process terrible. Pick up point is a long way from the apartment, too far to walk. Keys were not there on arrival. Customer service then directed us to the wrong spot for keys. An hour delay to get into the room. Missed a key part of the event we were going to. Not good enough for the Hugh cost of this room. ”

“The room itself was adequate. But this property isn’t very nice. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. The front desk is an afterthought next to a bar in a casino. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. But the property was very dated and run down. ”

“The room smelt filthy, there was hair in the bed and mould in the shower. The lifts and corridors smelt foul. We were so disgusted that we left and booked a room elsewhere for the night. Unfortunately this apartment looks nothing like the photos and definitely isn’t worthy of the rating currently listed on this website.”
