“Stayed a total of three nights. First Room was disgusting. Grim all over everything. Looks like the room was never wiped down. Second day, I arrived and the AC was fully off so I turned it on. After about 2 hours I had to ask for another room dude to the AC not cooling down the room. The other room had the ac off as well so I never cooled down until about 2am. Third day, this room looks like it had never been vacuumed since the day the carpet was laid down. Cockroaches in the bathroom....

“We were there eight nights and I had to ask to have the room cleaned. After it was cleaned there weren’t any hand towels or bath mat left and the dish towel wasn’t replaced. I call down to ask to have some brought up and they said Housekeeping has gone home and for me to go to the desk and get them not the best customer service. Also the toilet I had to ask to have cleaned it had a yellow staining on it, the tub, horribly stained and chipped. The bathroom door seem coming apart and soiled. I’m...
