“I don’t usually give reviews but Hamilton House was truly exceptional. The rooms are incredibly clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries. Breakfast is prepared fresh….no powdered eggs or cereal. You will feel like you’re at home only better! Highly recommend!”

“This place… where to start. We took a chance on it because some of the reviews said it wasn’t that bad but we should have listened to the reviews that said otherwise. The property in general is just old. Old stained carpet, bathrooms that haven’t been updated since early 2000s, etc. The staff were nice but we could tell they could care less about the place & their jobs. They take their smoke breaks right outside the front entrance so you’re forced to walk through smoke when entering the hotel....

“The room conditions are poor. There are cigarette burns in the blankets, the room doors aren't floor length approximately half an inch off the ground. The toilet sets do not fit the toilet. The outside of the property is unkept and the guest just hang out outside of the property. The towels are stained, not full sized and the rooms have a smell. ”

“I was disappointed in the condition of the property for the price per night. I paid $263 (after fees and taxes) The room was clean but threadbare. The bed linens were nice but the towels were clean but threadbare. No grab bar in the tub. The TV did not get a signal and the door did not close properly. Also, the exterior door was unlocked 24/7 and I was the last room on the first floor near that door. I did not experience the breakfast area. Not a "Comfort" visit.”

“I’ll start off this review by saying that the check-in process and the people were so friendly and so nice. The hotel itself is an OK condition though there is some construction going on. When I got to our room, however, I noticed that one of the windows had been left open. I struggled to close it completely. The hotel is so close to the interstate that we did not get a quiet or comfortable night sleep the car noise went on all night”
