Hotel a Big Bay

“朝食付きでしたが、出発が早いので簡単な物をテイクアウトしたい。と言ったが、拒否された。朝が早いフライトなので、空港近く、朝食付きのホテルを選んでつもりが、結局、朝食は食べれず、空港からは、結構離れていました。次回は、他のホテルを利用します。”

“Didn’t get a wake up call like I was told I would. Restaurant staff was rude. Had only two options available out of the full menu. Claimed the kitchen was closing even though it was an hour before the stated closing time. Place itself was decent and fairly clean but had no cups, tv was old - hardly functional and no kitchen sink. Interesting smell too. Aircon made a loud sound all night.”

“Perfect location, right next to the motorway for easy access to any part of the city. Heat pump in the room made temp control easy. Restaurant onsite had a great menu but we didn’t have time to try the food. Parking directly outside our room was convenient and you need a key card to get in the gate so very secure. Although there was no way to lock the sliding door from the outside, so you had to leave out the hall entry and walk around when leaving the motel. Bed wasn’t the comfiest and bathroom...

“Firstly, this is great value for money if you look at the location alone. It is walking distanace from everything in the CBD. Our room was clean, and I could not find any faults with that. The room is a bit outdated, in that it looks and feels old. But it had everything we needed. There were some damages to the walls that were poorly fixed. Our room/apartment was right in fornt of the lift, and next to the stairs, so it was a bit noisy, all hours of the night. The staff were friendly and...

“We stayed 1 night for waiting the flight of the day after. Staff was very professional and kind. The room was full furnished, clean and tidy. International Breakfast well served. Excellent the shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended.”

“Room facing the road is extremely loud, impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. The windows are so thin that there is no sound insulation at all towards the main road. It seems to me as though some drivers use the road as a race track in the middle of the night and accelerate as much as possible at the traffic lights. Breakfast was ok, little variety. Staff is very nice. If there would be good sound insulation, it could be a decent little hotel. If you intend to sleep, look somewhere else,...

“We stayed at the property for just one night so we were close to the airport for an early morning return home. The property was perfect for what we needed... A bed, a shower and a little kitchenette. Property was clean and tidy and very close to the airport. We werent at all disappointed with the location, the room itself, and the staff that we had encounters with were friendly and approachable - would stay again”

“Awesome stay. The staff made an extra effort to make my daughter's birthday special with a small cake and balloons set up in our room.”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”
