“First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again ”

“Every floor has its own smell. Even the elevator. We had stink bugs on the ceiling, Giant stains on the carpet. The bed was atrocious. Every move you made sounded like a rusty slinky going down a set of hollow metal stairs. Everything needs a major overhaul of TLC and updating. Multiple bars in walking distance was a plus. ”

“Rooms are very well thought out lots of storage, but uncluttered and ultra clean. I loved that there were no cleaning product or other fumes in the room. The place had no artificial odors whatsoever. No glade plug-ins or other obnoxious air freshener smells, I really appreciate that!!! The check-in staff wasn't very welcoming or friendly. The check-out staff was just the opposite...super nice and friendly. We will be back!”

“The Geneva Wells Inn was convenient to downtown Lake Geneva. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. There was plenty of parking. There is no breakfast but wi-fi is available and TV options were good.”
