“The complimentary s'mores kit and welcome beverages were nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was too soft for us which made it hard to sleep. The room we were in was a bit "quirky" -- old-fashion looking lights and army green paint on the walls and bathroom tiles. Overall we felt it was a bit dark in the room and the bathroom. “Great comfortable stay”

“There was a lack of support to get help unloading our items. There was only one bellman to take our bags up. I would have been fine with loading ourselves but they don't allow guests to use the carts. We waited 30 min to get help. More support for check in would be great.”
