“Booked my stay through Expedia. In the description of the amenities, it stated there was an indoor hot tub and a sauna. When I checked in and asked where they were located, i was informed there were none. I let them know that those were the main reasons we booked with that hotel. “From arrival, Valet , bellman and registration everything went smoothly. All staff asked if they could assist us and if we have any questions. The room had an unbelievable fantastic view of Lake Tahoe surrounded by mountains. Comfortable sitting area and bed. Two clean bathrooms, perfect his and hers. On site Restaurants offered a wide selection of food that we frequently enjoyed. Also many gaming options with pleasant staff.”
