“I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable.”

“Beautiful building with original and refurbished deco interiors. Elegant apartment with lots of natural light from dual aspect windows. Spacious living / kitchen area with all amenities including some washing-up liquid! Classy bathroom with fab shower and heavenly White Company toiletries. High-end fixtures and fittings including chrome deco style door handles and stylish radiators.

“Il parcheggio é esterno e facente parte di un centro commerciale.
Le tessere magnetiche per salire in ascensore ed entrare nelle stanze funzionano malissimo e la reception al check in non spiega come minimizzare i problemi. É capitato di tornare tre volte in reception perche non riuscivo ad accedere in ascensore.
Ho cliccato sull'opzione internet veloce e non era chiaro nei termini e condizioni che si pagasse.
Colazione scarsa.
Unica nota positiva la posizione centrale.”

“Hotel di ottima organizzazione, vicino al centro ed affacciati sugli incantevoli canali di Birmingham. La camera è di giuste dimensioni, molto pulita ed organizzata. La colazione inglese o continentale è strepitosa, veramente deliziosa ed abbondante.
Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, oltretutto mi hanno risolto un problema con il parcheggio a pagamento sotto l’hotel che probabilmente è l’unica pecca dell’hotel se fate uso delle quattro ruote.

“Friendly greeting upon arrival, staff were very helpful.
The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area.
We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. ”

“This was a great stay overall. Fully functional kitchen and washer/drier. However, no room cleaning or replenishing of towels unless you asked. But I’d stay again. Also, they have AC, many hotels don’t, so that was a plus we didn’t know is a must have. ”

We got a double double room with two large double beds and a separate shower and bath. The room itself was huge and had ample space. This was complimented by a lovely room service menu which we took advantage of plus breakfast in bed through their continental breakfast programme.
A wonderful stay and we were certainly surprised by the luxury! ”

“I loved everything about this property. I was traveling solo but the atmosphere is safe. The food and drinks are the best. The cleanliness of the hotel is attributed by the cleaning staff who work above and beyond to keep the hotel clean. The entire staff are exceptional who make sure all of your needs are met. Not good with names ,but the manager I believe Chris is his name runs that hotel efficiently and is an inspiration to his staff. The female supervisor holds her own during her shift....

"Sono stata in questo hotel due notti per lavoro. Sinceramente sono stata molto delusa dall’hotel in generale ma sopratutto dal servizio. Nel complesso la camera non è male sebbene l’hotel sia molto vecchio e per arrivare alle stanze è un labirinto. Ma la cosa principale è la delusione sul servizio. Sono arrivata molto tardi con due bagagli pesanti e non solo non mi hanno proprio sto di aiutarmi ma la camera era lontanissima quindi è stato davvero complicato. Ho richiesto il servizio lavanderia ma ho dovuto chiamare io per le mie robe quando di solito (come c’era scritto) vengono lasciate nella camera.
Inoltre ho chiesto la colazione d’asporto alle cinque del mattino specificatamente gluten free e nonostante ciò se ne sono dimenticati e mi hanno fatto una busta con tutto ciò non potevo mangiare. Il giorno dopo così glielo ho fatto scrivere e mi hanno messo un porridge istantaneo.
Sinceramente per quanto costa questo hotel non mi aspetto un servizio del genere."
