“So I chose this hotel only because it was last minute and pricing was durable. On arrival I noticed the outside of the building looked crazy but I tried to look past that (they are building on to the property) staffing was beyond helpful. The room reeked of smoke smell , carpet was not vacuumed, outside of the toilet had not been properly wiped. My bathroom didn’t come with a blow dryer waited an hour for one. “Property is under massive renovation. Construction materials are scattered in and out of the buildings. Parking lot was full of nails and barely usable. Several of the security doors had no locks. Hallways had no air conditioning. Our suite had no sitting area. The shower had no hot water. Kitchen had cookware but no eating utensils.
