“They really keep it too cold in the restaurants and common areas. Friendly staff. There is not a waiter at the pool and it was difficult to get a drink at the pool bar (understaffed). Odd that you’re not allowed to bring in your own beverages to the pool, yet trying to get a beverage at the pool is very difficult. Not a horrible experience; we had fun. It’s just there is need for improvements regarding the drink service at the hotel pool. ”

“Overall I was very happy with the room, pet friendly, very quiet rooms, kids liked the putt putt but it did need a lot of work to be considered nice but kids do not care and loved it. We had a lot of issues with key cards that I have never had ever in the hundreds of hotel stays I have a year. The area around is quite too and off the beaten path for this time of year. Waterpark are closed but was not our purpose of the stay. Overall I would stay again, just need to fix the key card issues. ”
