“Very clean and tidy with a fantastic sea view which gave my kids additional pleasure. Breakfast was super 👏👏👏 and my kids were given due attention. Parking was limited but I was able to park on site without issue. I will recommend you won't regret it. ”

“Booking was easy was able to speak to staff when we had some questions . parking wasn’t a problem even though it was on public road map is given of where to park for free We stayed in Sunset Apartment it was spotlessly clean everything we needed and little extra touches as well Trams stop outside the apartment . “The Room was clean, bed comfortable and staff very friendly, down to earth and cannot do enough to help, I asked for additional pillows and there was no hesitation, Leah on the late aft/eve reception was so nice to speak to and friend not to say genuine, as for all the pull downs this hotel gets I found this to be clean, comfortable and booked to stay again this weekend. We stayed in the Dutchman last year and paid more and we could not wait to leave there. For a budget hotel I would recommend...

“We are a family of three who spent two nights in the family room. It was spotless, comfortable, very well presented with good facilities. We had an issue on our first night but the staff did their best to deal with it. Fortunately this was resolved. Breakfast was great, excellent quality and a good selection. We will definitely stay here again.”
