“We stay here every year on our way to Port Canaveral for a cruise. For $256 for one room… I expect it to be clean and well maintained. We were very upset with the cleanliness of our room this year. There was copious amounts of hair in the bathroom including the shower. The floors were needing some serious attention or replacement. “Come to see the rocket launch. We had a great time. Staff was nice, rooftop bar was great, apps were good. We had a “blast”. There was a rude guest who kept calling down to the front desk because my kids were playing at 630pm. Everyone was in bed by 845 watching a movie and she continued to call down to the front desk. Then the woman had the audacity to knock on our door at 8am asking us if we were leaving bc we were too loud. We have never had issues like this before. She was out of her mind...

“The stay went well, the rooms were spacious and equipped with all the comforts. The free parking was convenient. However, I didn’t have a good experience at check-in... I speak English quite well, but the girl at the reception spoke very quickly and didn’t help me understand what she was saying. I was very upset about it. It doesn’t reflect the typical American hospitality.”

“Room was noisy, kids coming back from the parks about 12:45 am running all over for about an hour. Beds not very comfortable. There was a handful of pills on the floor between the beds. Looked kinda like my heart medication! ”

“My husband is an evangelist, and we travel to the area for almost a week visiting friends that are Missionaries. This Inn was more pleasant to stay yet than a Hilton or Hampton.. friendly staff that goes above and beyond, the room was clean. The property was clean. The pool area with a view of the lake was charming.. if I had to say one thing negative about this day, it would be that the pool was not heated or that they didn’t offer a Jacuzzi for cooler temperatures.
