“Parking was easy. However, the property is in terrible shape. This is not a hotel, it is a motel. The man at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming. The room door wouldnt open with the key card.”

Close the breakfast place without any advance notice even after we got affirmative confirmation to have breakfast at bistro the night before. 3. Front office has no compassion or efforts to help the customers when we express our frustration and the hotel lack of communication of closing...

That said, the hotel gets extremely busy on weekends, especially during events like the Jefferson’s Cup. With so many families staying there, it can get quite noisy at night, with kids running through the hallways and in nearby rooms.
