“Itvwas good. Rented the room online said it would have a sofa when we checked in it didn’t. Other than that everything was good. ”

“Beds and bedding were fresh and clean. Outlets beside beds didn’t work. Blown lightbulb in one lamp. Mold and mildew around tub. Toilet seat loose on one side. Built up dust around baseboards and corners of floor in bathroom. Overall, the property is in need of an update and vigorous cleaning.”

I asked to cancel the room and they agreed that I should be refunded. They told me they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. They told me to reach out to Expedia and they should be able to take care of it. “This is a bare bones motel. But the the room was cleaned, bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and the staff was extremely helpful with our few requests. It was affordable. If you're not picky, you're in luck. If you are, pay more somewhere else.”
