“Was our 3rd or 4th time staying.
Car park good. Area around is lovely. Reception area is really nice. Room is clean, large.
Bar food was good. Staff were good.
Breakfast was okay - staff there were lovely.
Pool, changing rooms are nice but steam room not working which was a shame.
Welcome arrival from reception always seems lukewarm.”

“The staff and service at the guesthouse was very accommodating. My room was a nice size. It was clean, but I cleaned it more to my liking. One thing that was bothersome was, the other guests weren't as courteous and therefore nights early mornings weren't so peaceful. ”

“We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room.
The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. We were told that the heating would be turned on, but unfortunately the radiator remained cold throughout the entire night. As a result, the room never warmed up.

“L’Ox Hotel Manchester è una struttura un po’ datata, ma ben tenuta. Le camere sono spaziose e soprattutto molto pulite, aspetto per me fondamentale. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e accogliente, facendoci sentire a nostro agio fin dall’arrivo.
La colazione è davvero fantastica, varia e di qualità, un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata. Nel complesso, l’hotel offre un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo.

“the staff was very kind and available to answer to all of our questions. the location is far from the city, but it’s not impossible to reach it if you’re down to get a few transports. “Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.”
