“We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room.
The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. We were told that the heating would be turned on, but unfortunately the radiator remained cold throughout the entire night. As a result, the room never warmed up.

“L’Ox Hotel Manchester è una struttura un po’ datata, ma ben tenuta. Le camere sono spaziose e soprattutto molto pulite, aspetto per me fondamentale. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e accogliente, facendoci sentire a nostro agio fin dall’arrivo.

“This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar.
