“The room was clean. The staff were nice. Breakfast was ok. The heat was super loud even on low. We asked for more shampoo and conditioner and they must have forgotten about us. Someone must have blown a breaker. We were out of power in the morning for an hour. Just as I was getting ready for work. Very frustrating as it made me late. Not a nice way to start my day.”

“The Kent Inn is a good choice if you’re just looking for a decent place to sleep. The rooms are clean and large; a desk, fridge microwave and even a table & chairs are provided. The location is great for access to things you need with ample parking available. The Kent Inn really needs a makeover with some new, modern light fixtures, fresh tiles in the bathrooms. In dire need of a refresh. A completely acceptable place to stay if you’re not looking for modern decor and want to save a few bucks.”

The house and property and gorgeous, the breakfast is big and delicious, and the programs that they run are great. I attended a Reiki circle that I found very helpful and relaxing. The shiatsu massage chairs are also excellent. I would return and I will recommend Rising Star!”

“We traveled to this location in an EV and on check in, weren't told some specific information on getting the chargers working. When you check in, please ask the host for the specific issues faced by many. It would have been ALOT less stressful had that information been volunteered initially. US v Canadian App (Not clear online) Pool area was nice but is in need of some ventilation as it was very humid and stunk of chlorine. Also, if you book through Expedia, check to see if your stay...

“Great spot to stay. We originally booked because we thought there was a restaurant onsite but it was still a beautifully maintained property. We saw some swans in the river close by and were able to take a 5 min uber to a great restaurant. The staff was very friendly with easy check in and check out process. Will be staying again!”
