“I had purchased access to a viewing area for the nightly Disneyland fireworks display; however, my view was obstructed. The location itself was pleasant and conveniently situated. “I read the reviews beforehand but wanted to give the place a shot because my kids were going to be so stoked. Last minute, I read a few reviews that mentioned bugs and cleanliness. Immediately I called my friend who was also coming and let her know because her daughter recently had open heart surgery, so cleanliness was a top priority. They told me they wouldn’t refund me, I had to show up, CHECK IN, and then ask for the refund.
