“Convenient, clean, reasonable, very adequate breakfast and friendly staff. My only concern is that to get to the elevator to my room, I had to climb 2 or 3 steps, then walk a short walkway, and then down 2-3 steps again. A ramp there would have been easier. To be fair, I did not request handicap access, and did not inquire if there was another elevator. I would stay here again, but I would ask those questions. “During this visit, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Maintenance fixed it more than once, but the issue kept coming back. I’ve always considered this hotel a good place to stay, which made this experience disappointing. I checked out a day early. What disappointed me most was that despite the inconvenience, the hotel didn’t offer any partial refund or compensation. Problems happen, but customer service and making things right should be a priority.”

“I was very impressed with the amenities at the Watermark Hotel. The rooms are very large, and I liked the separation of the bedroom and the living room. It has a nicely sized work desk, a kitchen with a "large" mini-refrigerator and microwave. It also has a very large sink in the kitchen, which I found to be unique. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. I had a nice view of the newly created park below. I would love to bring my granddaughter there to run around. Breakfast was delicious, and it...
