My only concern is that to get to the elevator to my room, I had to climb 2 or 3 steps, then walk a short walkway, and then down 2-3 steps again. A ramp there would have been easier. To be fair, I did not request handicap access, and did not inquire if there was another elevator. I would stay here again, but I would ask those questions. “The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I have to ask for my room to be cleaned. The bed, the trash. Mainly the towels, I have to ask to get them replaced.”

“I was very impressed with the amenities at the Watermark Hotel. The rooms are very large, and I liked the separation of the bedroom and the living room. It has a nicely sized work desk, a kitchen with a "large" mini-refrigerator and microwave. It also has a very large sink in the kitchen, which I found to be unique.
