“The front desk gave our room key to another customer who entered our room at night and scared the grand kids. ”

“This is a lovely hotel. The staff are great and the decor is wonderful. We love staying at graduates.”

“I can’t believe in 2026 you do not have access to Netflix or any streaming services on the TV. I was told I needed an HDMI cable to do so. Also, housekeeping was terrible. They gave us fresh towels and emptied the garbage. That was it. Left us with dirty glasses and I guess dressing the beds is a thing of the past!! ”

“My husband and I had been staying here, while our new place was finishing up. The price was right, but I must say the customer service is non existent. The laundry facilities are in non working order taking my money and when brought to staffs attention it was ignored. Going on our second week , we were short on funds and had to wait until 2am for money to arrive. I booked a room immediately and told the same staff member that if we could check in now, we would be out at check out time11am. She...

“Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else place has smell in the rooms. We heard another customer complaining about water leak from top bathroom to bottom floor. P We do not recommend. We did have choice since all the hotels were booked nearby”

“Lowest price, minimal amenities, walking distance to the college campus if it’s not snowing or raining. Meets my needs. ”

“Very basic motel near IU campus and sports complexes. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The parking lot and outside was well-maintained and brightly lit. No amenities that we saw, but we were only here for one evening and only used the room to shower and sleep. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. I would stay here again. ”
