“The room was not that clean. Drink spills left on the night stand. A straw next to the bed. The bathroom was not clean. The floor and toilet needed extra care. I had to wipe everything down myself. The breakfast area is not maintained. Not cleaned quickly and not a lot of effort to make sure silverware etc is available. Yes it’s in a perfect location in town and the front desk ladies were so so nice but it could have been much cleaner.”

“Exhaust fan in bathroom of our room did not function and maintenance did not have motor to fix it. One of the two main elevators was inoperable so had to use stairs frequently”

“It was a very average room. The bathroom was very clean. Beds seemed clean, and were pretty comfy. The room wall was dirty and the remotes were dirty. The breakfast was not good, and the coffee was not very good. Overall, pretty average. Not sure we’d stay there again. It was a good price and on our way.”

“The hotel, room, and staff were all good. The best part of this hotel was how calm and quiet our room was. We weren't the only people at the hotel, but perhaps we were the only ones on the third floor. I'm not sure, but either way I appreciated the peace and quiet. Now onto the bad part. This hotel must have previously been a smokers hotel, because the entire building reeks of tobacco smoke. You get used to it after a day or so, but if you can't acclimate to the smell then you seriously need to...

“My children, myself and my mother who has breathing issues, stayed in room 1108. The room looked to have had water damage down the wall that the headboards are on. The floor on the far side of the room felt slightly moist. In the closet, there is black mold. There was left over food in the fridge upon opening it to put our food in. There was candy trash on the floor on the far side of the room, under the lip of the bed. When getting into bed the first night, my white pillow case had a strand of...
