“This place was fantastic. Very clean, staff and owner were very nice and accommodating. Great location plus there are restaurants close enough to walk to and a Target just down the street. The area felt very clean and safe as well.”

“Went for CSU graduation. They raised their prices significantly because they are closer to campus. Room service wasn’t operational for two of the night we were there. Our door didn’t have a “Do not disturb “ placard- no cups or glasses in the bathroom- no make up mirror.”

“Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment.
