“Positives The property is in an ideal location if your visiting the 3 sisters or the walking trails and Skyway, rooms seem reasonably new and modern and the staff were pleasant hand helpful during interactions and reasonable parking. Downside: There was a noisy generator sound at the rear of the room that seemed to be on timer for extended periods of time. We booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed as there was my self and the wife and my 2 kids. initially we noticed we only had 2 towels...

“The property was well worn, however clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower and kitchen good. There are three hotels, Heritage, Central and Metropolis that are linked, which we didn't realise until after check in. The Central is behind the Heritage, and breakfast is at the Metropole if you want to purchase it. Location is excellent and we would stay there again.”

“Spaciousness rooms that are always clean. The check in and out are simple. Service is great and prompt. There is hair dryer, iron + board, coffee/tea making facilities in room, air conditioning, ample parkong and the rooms are in good condition. Ive stayed a few times now and I'm always happy. A short walk or drive into town, with a servo right next door. The highlight is always how clean this place is. Thank you again for an excellent stay.”

“The property was clean and easy to find. The price I felt was a little high. I understand though we stayed at the weekend and it is in a high tourist area. The bathroom is so small. Functional but very small. The room has been updated and was comfortable. ”

“Property was well managed and clean. Room size is good enough for two. Only issues are the one side of electric blanket was not working in minus 4 degrees temperature and the mattress were very soft. There is no one in the office to call and fix the electric blanket issue....luckily the air-conditioning heater was working.”
