“The room was ok for the price. Downsides were; I couldn't park in front of my room, they didn't turn the heat on untill I arrived and in the middle of winter the room was freezing, and very draughty due to the open slat bathroom windows (it was frigid in the morning). The shower had shaving stubble on the wall, so cleanliness could've been better, and there was no bathmat provided for the freezing cold floor. “We had a great night. Location was perfect. Had everything you need in the room. Electric blanket was definitely a bonus. We found the bed uncomfortable. Way too soft, but everyone is different. Overall great 👍”

“This property was located central in Katoomba with easy access to buses and the train. It also had numerous places to eat within walking distance, plus one right next door. There were 3 supermarkets nearby, including one across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful and even offered to change rooms, if we could not manage the stairs.
