When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!)
The only positive note was the courtesy shown by the staff member at the reception desk.

When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!)

“We loved Love Ridge Mountain Lodge, we stayed at the Kennedy Ridge! It was clean and well kept! Communication was great with the owners and everything is available in the home! Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge! ”

“Absolutely beautiful location and stay. The bed and pillows were so comfortable which I always appreciated. The staff was very helpful when I requested an upgraded room. Loved the hot tub and screened in balcony. We went to dinner at Farmhouse at Veritas which was incredible. Highly recommend, worth it! ”
