“Great property especially for the price. We’d been hiking and spelunking all weekend and we stayed in Staunton for our last night before traveling back home. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and gave us good recommendations for dinner downtown. ”

“No coffee makers even though they have it listed as an amenity on their web-site. There was garbage on the floor in front of the AC/Heater from the unit, i imagine someone 1/2 cleaned the filter to the unit and then reinstalled the filters backwards so when the ac was turned on it blew the rest of the crap out of the filter into the room.”

“The room looked nothing like the pictures. One of our beds had no frame and the boxspring was on the floor. Tub had black mold and room smelled of cigarette smoke. The latch for the door to outside was missing so no added security to lock room. Comforters looked brown and dirty.”
