“To start, the drain pipe on the front of the hotel was on the ground. Great sign of how the rooms are maintained (they're not). We walk in the front door at about 10pm and see another couple who had been waiting for a clerk to check them in for 15 minutes. One of them went behind the counter in the back room trying to find an employee. We ended up calling the hotel and one of the staff members answered and finally came down the stairs to help check everyone in. Check-in was smooth but they...

“the rooms and hallways smelled musty. Dehumidifiers were running in the hallways. Free breakfast was very skimpy. Parking was good and lots of eateries close by.”

“The room was soooo filthy we didn't stay....the room had bugs, both dead and alive; it stunk like an ash tray, despite being a "smoke free room"; when we asked why the room was so filthy we were told because the facility is an extended stay hotel...not sure what that has to do with proper cleaning but...word to all...DON'T STAY HERE!!!! The front desk told us, "This is what happens when you stay at a ghetto hotel". DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!”

“Close to Highway, no traffic noise! Close to some food, close to baseball field to catch a game. We just slept, used nothing with the hotel. Looked like small indoor pool, huge open area in hotel. Outdated IMO. Carpet needs fixed, about tripped because it was bunched up in places. One sink in our room did not drain, held water. Small TV.”

“Mount Sequoyah is a beautiful place to stay. My partner and I were in town for a wedding weekend and wanted something a bit more interesting than your average hotel. Mount Sequoyah gave us the opportunity to unwind and watch the sunset from their lookout spot, walk peacefully and enjoy the grounds and the art, and sit on our porch and experience the wildlife. A mama doe and two spotted babies walked very close to our cabin. Our first night, we did not have warm water for showers, I am unsure...

“This is a very nice Double Tree with friendly, helpful staff, and good maid service. It is much better than larger Double Trees that we have stayed at in the past. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. And as always, the cookies are great!!”

“The Graduate was just right. Great location. Quick and friendly check in. Got free parking for signing up for Hilton Honors. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Fun bar. Good breakfast and really good coffee. Who could ask for anything more?”

“Basement room is no go. I could hear footsteps upstairs. Wedding reception guests were loud, disrespectful of hotel guests, slamming the doors. Barely slept all 3 nights I stayed. Great location, but if you are a light sleeper and you are trying to relax in your room this place is not for you.”
