“I stayed at the "Guest Inn" 45 years ago while working in Springdale. The rooms are modernized including nice vinyl plank flooring. Great TV viewing with free HBO/Cinemax stations. ”

“1st day the breakfast was as good as always. 2nd day the were out of biscuits and potatoes, but we made due. After all, the hotel was packed. ”

“Great room. Spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pull out was comfy too. Only downside, beds are full size and would be great if they were queen size. They’re a little small for two adults. ”
