“Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not.”

“The property was great for the walk to the beach. I wish that the pool on the property had been cleaner.My two complaints were..... I had to wait for my door code for over 40 minutes after check in time. Also there were no umbrellas at the property for the beach, would have had to drive a mile and go to another beach to use the complimentary beach umbrellas.”

“Great view from the beach the best part! Room lacks some amenities like a microwave or water outside to wash your feet from the beach and some more chairs/ beach supplies would be nice. Fantastic view and comfortable bed!”

“My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...

“Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.”

“Beautiful hotel, clean room, great customer service, yummy breakfast.”

“Good breakfast but the room was old, shower had rust stains, furniture had tears, towels/TP were cheap and paint was applied in just one layer so the previous paint showed through. Parking was unavailable the last night there and we had to call the office to find out where to park after the spots in front, back, and overflow lots were full. Didn’t live up to Hampton Inn standards.”
