“Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with ”

“this past week was our second time staying at Zota. First trip last year was ok but this trip, not so much. The staff here wasn't very pleasant and the hose keepers missed cleaning our room 3 days out of the 7 we stayed there. coffee runs out in the morning and 4 days I notified the staff asking to bring more. idk I feel like resort staff should keep an eye on stuff like coffee in the morning?? decent bang for your buck if your looking to get out on the island but don't except too much from...

“Destiny from the front desk is amazing! Only complaint is the amount of fragrance that hits you when you walk in and the rooms are not quite at all. You can hear stopping all night from the floor above. Beds are comfy.”

“This is an older property that has undergone renovations that generally are good. The room was exactly as pictured on the web site and very clean and comfortable, had plenty of towels, and despite being close to the airport, it was quiet enough for undisturbed sleep. A suggestion: install a cabinet to enclose the unit refrigerator and microwave as the refrigerator wobbled when opening the door. The other appliance, assuming it was a dehumidifier did work well as their was no musty smell at all,...

“When we got to Haley’s our efficiency reeked of smoke. We went back to reception and explained to the nice person there, we could not stay I. That room. Lucky for us they had another property in Holmes Beach, up in the residential area behind Hurricane Hanks. That set of efficiencies was AWESOME! I would pick there over Haley’s any time. Driftwood Efficiency/ go there! ”
