“There needs to be better communication in place on how to check in. I did not receive the code. I had to call the customer service line, thankfully they were quick to respond. It was nerve wrecking up until then. They sent a link but no code or instructions on how to enter the code into key pad. Limited street parking and paid parking lot across that is not gated.
