Hotel a Boardman

“It’s one of the places where you can’t judge a book by its cover. When we arrived we were prepared to immediately go pay for a different hotel, but we gave it a chance. The room was clean and functional. Comfortable even. There was no shortage of hot water. The hotel was overall better than our stay in a more expensive place the night prior.”

“There was black mold in our shower. I took pictures. Totally unacceptable.”

“For the price we paid, the amenities did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was not included, and not even complimentary bottled water was provided. There was no on-site parking available, so we had to park on the street. Additionally, the beds were very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we expected a much better experience for the price”

“The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. Loved the hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was provided. Sheets were clean. I only wished places would put bigger and firmer pillows or add more. Otherwise I was very pleased.”

“This is one of the best values for money on I-95! Big fridge, clean room, a little dated - but everything functions well. Only minor issue is parking - anything bigger than 16' is going to have trouble parking.”

“The rooms were well kept, nice size, comfortable bed. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was not the best. Often they did not have items. The front desk and information stated breakfast ended at 930. They closed at 9 and often free minutes before they had no more coffee etc and if you asked they said no, even if service was still to be available.”

“I ended up not staying because the doors could not be secured, rooms offered were unacceptable- people hanging about outside and I did not feel safe. My fee was returned to Expedia, but I have yet to see a refund sent to me. Desk person was kind and helpful- but I could not stay at this facility. And I want my refund from Expedia!”

“The room was in despicable shape. The walls had black stuff all over, especially, the bathroom. Was it dirt or mold??? There were no towels, wash clothes, or room phone. The mechanisms for shampoo etc were on the tub wall but nothing in them. The mirror was cracked in the room and the bathroom door wouldn't close. I have pictures. In addition, there was no ice machine. When we aske about it they gave a small bag from the lobby refrigerator. I thought a Wyndham property would at least have...
