I reached out to the hotel several weeks prior to my trip, requesting a quiet room. Opting for what I presumed would be a superior ambiance and service, I booked a room on the executive floor. Unfortunately, I received no response to my request, prompting me to reiterate my needs upon check-in at the hotel. However, my initial concerns were realized when, on the second night of my stay, loud party music began to emanate from the hotel, continuing unabated into the late hours. Despite being on the 7th floor with the windows firmly shut, the noise significantly disrupted my sleep. Upon addressing this issue with the reception, I was informed that such music is a regular occurrence from Thursday to Saturday, audible throughout the hotel. Consequently, I decided to check out earlier than planned due to the disturbance, a decision that the hotel staff accepted without objection.
Additionally, I expressed my disappointment with the dining experience. The meals, particularly the breakfast, lacked variety and were disappointingly bland. Considering the rich culinary heritage of the country, it was particularly disheartening to find the hotel's offerings falling so short of expectations.
