“No available breakfast facilities. Restaurant was full of lethargic American tourists who were supposed to have cleared so other guests could eat. Room aircon did not have ability to cool room. TV remote and interaction with the TV could be politely described as cumbersome. ”

“Room was clean and staff friendly. TV only had 2 channels that worked and when you flush the toilet the bedroom walls shook as if something was going to errupt from within. Breakfast was a disapointment and not worth. It was meant to serve until 10:30 but at 9am it was like locusts had attacked. Whilst hot food did eventually get restocked the pastries etc didnt. ”

“The entrance to check in was not obvious from the outside when we arrived and the hotel is isolated in its location. However, staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.”

“The staff were nice and welcoming and the room we had was nice with a great view of the sea & pier however the bed/mattress was very uncomfortable and the extraction in the bathroom was very noisy. Unfortunately not somewhere we would stay again.”

“Hotel is stunning I stayed in Cristal suite was spectacular bed was massive, staff were very friendly and informative If there was one negative it would be the food in the Bistro I order the Poussin Basquaise which had very little meat on the bones and sauce tasted like a tin of tomatoes had been waterer down no seasoning, my breakfast in the morning had black pudding that was burnt on one side I couldn't even cut through it. I will stay again but may eat out next time.”
