“The customer service was good. Good location and the room was spacious. I wasn’t made aware of the parking fees and the elevator floors stayed dirty .”

“ Room was clean and had a nice view of the marina, the staff was friendly. There was one guy at the front desk- whose name I forgot- but he was THE BEST! He was super helpful and suggested things to do and places to eat. We normally stay in Air BnBs but we are coming back to this hotel simply because he made out stay exemplary. ”

“Breakfast menu was fresh and worth going to. Many selections for adults and children. Very nice hotel and clean. My only gripe is that my toilet didn't flush. Didn't see an issue with it because we weren't in the room except to sleep. Didn't notice it until the night before check out. Other than that, I would stay again. Oh and they say pool is heated but heat definitely wasn't on while we stayed.”

“The room was clean but everything was so small. The two queen beds were more like full beds and the bathroom/shower was insanely small. The elevators were either very slow or needs some maintenance. The pool was clean, the quick access to the beach was unmatched, and the breakfast was decent. It served its purpose but I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

“The room we reserved wasn't available at the designated check-in time, and it seemed the room we received instead wasn't as nice as the premium paid for a Gulf view; also, amenities associated with the mandatory resort fee (smores kit) weren't available, and beach chairs/umbrella were packed up by staff earlier than the time indicated, so we received no value for it. The property itself is nice, relatively new, and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.”
