“This is a great stay in Modesto. I come to town about every 6-8 weeks for work and always stay here. This time I looked at a Marriott property (I have status with Marriott) and was not at all impressed due to homelessness and watching a woman go through all their garbages and hopping the fence to someone patio. “Exceptionally clean and well-maintained property with lots of nearby restaurants, an AMC Theater and Bass Pro Shop! The staff were friendly and super-helpful. The pool and hot tub were also very clean so we enjoyed using them. The complimentary breakfast was nice and food was tasty! “Terrible service. The first room had trash on the floor and the furniture was dirty. If you cant pick up simple trash off the floor how can we trust the room is truly clean. Second room after we told the front desk about the first room had a stench that hit you in the face as soon as you walk in. And still there was trash on the floor.
