They still kept the money. I do not recommend this place to stay at all. They act like scams. They care only about money. They do not want you to feel comfortable. “Terrible service. The first room had trash on the floor and the furniture was dirty. If you cant pick up simple trash off the floor how can we trust the room is truly clean. Second room after we told the front desk about the first room had a stench that hit you in the face as soon as you walk in. And still there was trash on the floor. After all this front desk was still not very helpful or empathetic of our situation and we decided to leave. Still working on getting a refund after contacting...

“The name of the hotel is in the process of being changed but the GPS took us to the right spot. The hotel is large I believe 3 sectiond and It's going through renovation therefore a section is under construction which looks like it will be the main entrance once finished. The entrance is around the back opposite Winco. The front desk receptionist was very helpful, the room was clean, didn't smell stale or anything nauseating. I believe it's an extended stay so you will see people hanging around...
